Custom Orders/Commissions

To enquire about custom orders/commissions please email us at sono.studio@outlook.com. Depending on the quantity and time of year, custom orders can take between 6-12 weeks.

Care Instructions

Ceramics are fragile by nature so we recommend trying to handle them with a little extra love and care.

All of our table and kitchenware is made using only food safe materials. This includes mugs, tumblers, bowls, plates, platters, juicers etc. All items are:

  • Food Safe
  • Microwave Safe
  • Dishwasher Safe

Please note that ceramics are subject to thermal shock when exposed to extreme changes in hot or cold temperatures which can cause cracking/breaking.  

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of your purchase. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has left the studio and is on it's way to you. 

Who is our courier?

We use Sendle as our primary courier service. 


Does my delivery require a signature?

Parcels can be left at the door if you wish, however please note that parcels with signature can request compensation for missing parcels. Parcels with no signature are not able to claim compensation via insurance. 

 

Do you offer International Delivery?

We are more than happy to ship Internationally. If you would like to place an international order, please get in touch with us at sono.studio@outlook.com and we will arrange it for you :)

 

What Packaging do you use?

When posting fragile ceramics, we tend to use quite a bit of packaging to ensure your order arrives safely and in one piece. We are conscious about our choice of packing materials and do our very best to use biodegradable and compostable packaging. We also often re-use bubble wrap, and in this event we encourage you to further re-use or recycle where possible. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.

We try our best to make sure that your delicate package arrives in one piece, however in the event that your item has been damaged during shipping please contact us within 1 business day. Please include photographs of the damage and the outer box and clear image of the label (this is used to claim delivery insurance).

Return postage is not included.
